Due to the nature of cosmetic and/or handcrafted products, we do not accept returns. However, we attempt to make accommodations whenever possible on a case-by-case basis. If there's an issue with your order or you are not satisfied, we will happily work with you to find a solution.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT OPEN/USED PRODUCTS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address or error on your part, there will be a re-shipping fee that will be invoiced.
